1. Why an Operator Has a Responsible Gaming Page

Plain answer: because the operator has the buttons. We are the company that holds the player's PKR balance, settles the JazzCash withdrawal, and runs the Teen Patti table. If a Pakistani player needs a deposit limit, a session timeout, or a 30-day cooling-off — only the operator can apply it instantly inside the app. A ranking site can write about it. A helpline can talk about it. Only we can press the button.

So we wrote the buttons we ship and the rules we apply onto a single page. If you want the helpline on its own card, scroll back up — it is the red box at the top, in case you only need that one number.

2. Recognizing the Shift from Entertainment to Harm

Real-cash card games are entertainment until they are not. The shift is rarely sudden. The signs, in roughly the order they appear:

3. In-App Account Limits You Can Set

These five tools are inside the app right now. Settings → Account → Responsible Gaming. They take effect the moment you confirm them. They cannot be raised inside the same calendar week — that is by design.

Tool 1 · Daily Deposit Limit

The maximum PKR you can move into 3 Patti Blue in any 24-hour rolling window. Suggested starting points for Pakistani players: 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 PKR. The limit can be lowered any time and takes effect instantly. Raising it requires a 7-day cooling window before the new (higher) limit applies.

Tool 2 · Weekly Deposit Limit

A second ceiling on top of the daily one. Useful for the player who keeps the daily low but wants a weekly cap as well. Same lower-anytime / raise-after-7-days rule applies.

Tool 3 · Session Timeout

Maximum continuous play in one sitting. Default options 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 minutes. The app pauses cleanly at the timeout — your hand is held, your balance is intact, the screen prompts you to take a 15-minute walk, and the play resumes only after you re-confirm.

Tool 4 · Cooling-Off (Short)

A short hard pause: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account is locked from real-cash play. Free-chip practice mode is also locked (because if it is bad enough that you want a cool-off, watching free chips you cannot bet on is not the right cure either). The lock cannot be lifted before the chosen window expires — even by us.

Tool 5 · Self-Exclusion (Long)

A long hard pause: 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. Reversal of a 6-month or 12-month exclusion requires a written request after the period ends, plus a 7-day cooling-off after the written request lands. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed by us. We made it that way on purpose.

4. What We Will Never Do

Operator commitments — the four things we promise to never do, as long as 3 Patti Blue exists:

  1. We will never email a self-excluded player asking them to come back.
  2. We will never offer a "VIP" bonus that requires a higher daily deposit limit than the player has set.
  3. We will never send a push notification timed to a player's emotional low (lost a hand, closed the app angry). Our notification engine cannot read player mood — by design.
  4. We will never flash a red countdown timer on a deposit screen, ever. That kind of pressure design has no place in a card-game app played by a Pakistani family-budget player at 9 PM on a Faisalabad rooftop.
If we break any of these four, the player has a written grievance. Email [email protected] with a screenshot. Independent editorial review within 7 business days. We publish the finding on the blog regardless of outcome.

5. So How Do I Know My Play Has Stopped Being Fun?

There is a quick test we offer that has worked for many Pakistani players we have heard from. Take 60 seconds. Eight questions. If you answer "yes" to two or more, the deposit-limit tool above is the right next click.

  1. In the last 14 days, did you play 3 Patti Blue past 1 AM on a weeknight?
  2. In the last 14 days, did you top up the wallet within 30 minutes of a losing session?
  3. In the last 14 days, did anyone in your household ask if you were "still playing"?
  4. Have you played 3 Patti Blue with money you had earmarked for utility bills, school fees, or rent?
  5. Have you stopped attending a regular social event in the last month because of the app?
  6. Did you raise a deposit limit (or remove one) in the last 14 days because you wanted to play more?
  7. Did you feel relief — rather than enjoyment — the last time you logged out after a winning session?
  8. Have you thought about the app at work or during salah more than twice in the last week?

Two yeses: set a daily deposit limit today. Four yeses: set the 30-day cooling-off and call the helpline. Six yeses: set permanent self-exclusion and call the helpline tonight.

6. If You Are Worried About Someone Else

If you are a parent, spouse, or sibling of a player who is on 3 Patti Blue and you are worried, the steps:

We do not share the welfare-flag fact with the player by default — they will see only that their account is paused with a "30-day cooling-off applied" message. If you want them to know the flag came from you, please say so in the email and we will mention it on the in-app message.

7. Pakistan-Specific Help & Helplines

None of these organisations work for us. None of them takes a referral fee from us. They are listed because they are the right places for a Pakistani player or family to call. If you call any of them and they ask which app you play, you do not have to say.

8. Underage Gambling — The Hard Line

3 Patti Blue is strictly 18+. CNIC date-of-birth verifies age at first KYC. An account that fails the 18+ check on CNIC is closed on the spot, and the deposited balance returns to the originating Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet within 3 business days. There is no second-chance flow.

If you are a parent and you suspect a minor in your household has installed 3 Patti Blue under a relative's CNIC, write to [email protected] with the suspected wallet number. We investigate within 5 business days, lock the account if substantiated, and refund the balance to the wallet of record. We also publish a quarterly anonymized count of underage-misuse closures on the blog, so the public can see the pattern.

9. Pakistan Compliance Anchor

3 Patti Blue operates within PECA 2016 (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016) for content and consumer-protection rules, and within the SBP and PTA frameworks that govern Easypaisa and JazzCash digital-wallet operations. Anything on this page that conflicts with applicable Pakistani law yields to the law. The player's statutory rights are not waived by these terms — period.

10. How to Reach the Responsible Gaming Team

The fastest channel: in-app support. Settings → Help → New Ticket → tag "responsible gaming" — first reply within 12 hours, faster than the standard 24-hour SLA we apply to other tickets.
